  • Are you new to yoga or looking for more one-on-one energy? I’m here to help you go deeper in your practice! I’m open to teaching private classes or small groups of up to 5 students. We will work together to curate flows that feel best for your specific body to achieve your physical and spiritual goals.

  • We are in an era of wellness! I’d love to add to any wellness initiatives that may be ongoing. Adding options of yoga and meditation into your employees wellness options can help improve their wellbeing and even bring them closer together. Whether you’re looking for a virtual or an in person event I’m happy to help! I will offer options that will include mindfulness meditations as well as gentle movements that can help release to body from sitting at a desk daily.

  • It’s the big day you’ve been waiting and planning for! While weddings are so incredibly exciting, I recognize that they can also be stressful. I’d be honored to help ground you and your bridal party, full wedding party or maybe just a handful of close friends and family during such an exciting time. Whether you’re looking for grounding on the big day or just some yoga on your bachelorette, I offer an hour long gentle flow and guided meditation that will be curated specifically to ground you and help you shake off any nerves you may have. Pricing can be discussed during an intro get to know you call! Mats and props will not be provided.

Welcome to Diana Does Yoga where I bring yoga to you or to your business! I love working with smaller groups and getting to know clients on a personal level to best serve their needs. I look forward to connecting and working together! I am a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher and I aim to create a space where my students feel safe and supported. I encourage my students to explore their bodies in whatever way feels most authentic to them. The practice of yoga is so much more than a workout. It's a time for you to be with yourself and connect with what your needs are. During my classes, you can expect there to be options for you to try on, new ways to challenge yourself, and the space to have autonomy over your body to choose how you'd like to move.
